Once there tap on the “Profile” icon located at the bottom middle then it will take you to a “TouchBistro” screen.
Tap on “Sign Up” then follow the prompts. If you were signed up in our previous Rewards program please use the same email account when creating your new profile so that it automatically transfers in your rewards points.
If you have a dollar balance on the old program or have an older gift card please bring it in with you, we can transfer it onto a new gift card for you.
You can preload money onto the new app by tapping on the “gift card” option. You can send your self a digital gift card that will reside in this app for you to easily use on any in-store purchase. You can also send digital gift cards to anyone you like from the convenience of your own device.
If you are currently using our old gift card to collect reward points and do not have access to a mobile device that’s ok. Let one of our Barista’s know the next time your in and they can set you up manually so that all you have to do is give us your phone number or email address when you visit and the system looks after the rest. How awesome is that!
At the moment the reward program is only available for use in-store only. If you order online and have created a rewards account you can let us know in the comment section of your online order with the email account you used to create the rewards account and we will try our best to manually add the points for you. We are working on a solution to offer points for online orders.
