Farmed by the Inga Indigenous community in Colombia, Inga Aponte coffee is floral with notes of peach, slight chocolate, tangerine and honey. Mild, silky body, floral citrus residual taste, clean and is a consistent cup. It’s grown 1800 to 2150 meters above sea level and grows in the shadow of the Galeras volcano, which constantly expels ash that’s rich in nutrients, giving the cup a special colour. We recommend enjoying it with something sweet like a dark chocolate euro tart or a rich nanaimo bar. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
