At Home Pumpkin Spice Frappe Recipe

Looking to branch out this fall season and try a new drink that you can make at home? Look no further! We have the perfect recipe to make your very own Pumpkin Spice Frappe! It’s a very simple, easy to follow recipe that you can make at home on your own, with your family or your friends.


Here’s what you need:


  • 3 heaping tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 3 dashes pumpkin spice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup ice
  • ¾ cup milk


Once you’ve got everything in the blender, give it a whirl and put into a glass of your choice.
